Stipulations

• Participants must be at least 6 years old.
• Group lessons must be booked and paid for in advance. Private lesson availability and scheduling are being updated.
• Waivers must be completed prior to the lesson.
• Helmets are required. Bicycle helmets are acceptable.
• Other safety gear is highly recommended, including knee, elbow, and wrist protection.
• Rental equipment is available upon request.

Cancellation Policy

• 7 or more days before the lesson: Full refund.
• 3–6 days before the lesson: Refund minus a $10 cancellation fee.
• Less than 3 days before the lesson: No refund, except in emergency situations at Launch's discretion.

To cancel, email info@launchskate.org. Please include the name of the person who paid for the booking and the date of the lesson.

Weather Policy

All lessons take place outdoors and are weather permitting. Launch makes every effort to assess conditions and notify participants of cancellations at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. Weather and conditions can change, and cancellations may occasionally occur with less notice.

If Launch cancels a lesson due to weather or unsafe conditions, participants may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
